Orders are shipped on working days, Monday - Friday.
(orders placed after 2pm on Friday are shipped on Monday)

Collections can be made between 11am & 4pm, Monday - Friday.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirmation.
Our Head Office is situated inside a fully gated unit with customer parking inside.
Please ring the buzzer at the front entrance & have your order number ready.

Ireland Royal Mail (£9.99)

How quickly will you send my order?
UK & International orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Customs & Import Duties for International Customers
Depending on the value of your order, your Talliah Rose parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Where is my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email to the email address you provided at checkout (if paying with paypal, this may fill automatically)
Your tracking number will be provided for both UK and International customers and is located on your dispatch email.
Do you deliver on Public Holidays?
We are unable to deliver on Public and Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date.
What if I haven't received part of my order?
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received two tracking numbers on your dispatch email. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel. If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
